Artwork Guidelines
Here are our Artwork
Guidelines. Our specifications are listed with the requirements we need
to ensure a faithful reproduction, and both Illustrator and Photoshop templates
for our badges and badge packs are available to download below.
All orders will receive a pdf proof of your artwork to be approved before
we go to print, so you can be sure if you have missed anything, it won’t
go to print that way.
Remember, if any of this is too confusing, simply contact
us and we can guide you through anything you require!
GUIDELINES LIST
All artwork submitted must be:
-Saved in CMYK or Greyscale colour mode (we can convert RGB files
but the colours will be different, we will always send you a pdf proof
of your artwork in any case)
-No less than 300dpi in resolution
-With all fonts saved as outlines or rasterised/flattened
SIZES FOR ARTWORK
If you are not using our templates, please make sure your design is
at least 60x60mm, with a bleed of 3-5mm. Also take into consideration
that the design is circular, so please check to see if your artwork
actually fits on a circular face.
SAVING ARTWORK
If you are not using our templates, please save your files in these
formats:.pdf, .ai, .eps, psd, tif, .jpeg and .gif
If you are sending us more than one file per order/upload field, please
use a compressed file such as a .zip or .rar extension.
UPLOADING ARTWORK
All our Custom-Made Badges, Magnet, Keychains and Badge Packs have
upload fields built-into your order page for an easy ordering experience.
Some points to remember about this feature are:
-If you are uploading more than one badge design per upload field,
please use a compressed file such as a .zip or .rar file
-If you are doing a double-sided print on your Badge Packs, please
either combine the two files into one file, or compress the files
into a .zip or .rar format
-Please be patient after you press “Add To Cart”. Your
artwork is uploading to our server, and you will see notification
on the next page when your files have been successfully delivered
to us.
BADGE PACK SPECIFICATIONS
We have templates for our Badge Packs available here, but if you require
the dimensions for each card, they are as follows:

Backing Card – 35mm x 50mm
Swing Tag – 43mm x 70mm (fold line at 35mm)
All
Others
Backing Card – 47mm x 73mm
Swing Tag – 55mm x 90mm (fold line at 45mm)
3-5mm bleed required on all card artwork. |
