The Tecre Model #225 Badge Machine is an amazing machine, which can produce thousands upon thousands of 2-1/4 Inch badges, all with an extremely simple operation.

Here at The Badge Factory, we use this machine every day, and it never fails us. Maintenance is just a simple "spraying" of a household lubricant such as WD-40 around the joints every thousand or so badges, and the spring mechanism is so easy to use, anyone can do it!

To operate the machine, simply place the "Shell" inside the larger of the two dies, followed by your artwork, and on top of that place the plastic covering, called the "Mylar". Then simply rotate the die, place the "Backing" in the smaller of the two dies, clamp the first die down using the protected handle, roate the die again, clamp, and there you have it, a perfect 2-1/4 Inch Badge, every time!

How to cut a graphic using a Manual Graphic Punch



1. Insert graphic strip into graphic punch and center the graphic in the hole.
2. Push handle down until the punch goes all the way through the graphic.
3. Remove the cut graphic and place to the side.
4. Pull the graphic strip through, center the next graphic, and repeat steps 2 and 3.
